The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of the company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area. Future leaders will need to balance the goals of economic success with the constraints of greater social and environmental responsibility. This career –oriented program prepares students for a variety of management careers.

Academic Objectives:

BBA degree is equipped to meet the needs of dynamic national, regional and global business environments. A student studying business administration will be exposed to all fields of business education that includes general education, information systems, business and management education. The objectives of the program include:

• Enhancement of understanding of various business functions.

• To enable students to synthesize theory and practice.

• To develop in students a capacity of critical enquiry, logical thinking and analytical skills.

• To build student’s general education skills in areas like management, communication skills and IT.

  • The Subject (Course) having Theory component only:

30% Internal Assessment (Class Assessment - CA) based on the assignments to be submitted by the Student

70% End Term Theory

  • The Subject (Course) having Practical component only: (For Example subject of "Workshop on Computer Hardware & Network has practical component only)

30% internal Assessment (Class Assessment - CA) based on the assignments to be submitted by the Student

70% End Term Practical

  • The Subject (Course) having both Theory and Practical component only: For Example subject of DCAP101 (Basic Computer Skills)

30% internal Assessment (Class Assessment - CA) based on the assignments to be submitted by the Student
